Yo, I'm 21 years old, and a student at The University of Georgia; trying to get into med school. I'm an avid baseball player, and I like to get drunk lol.

Oh damn, that sucks man. Just about everyone got the yellow light, lol I did and I was piiiiissed. When you get a new PS3, you should lie it down, make sure it's got good circulation, and have a fan blow into the side of it, that way your PS3 stays cool as long as you got a fan blowing into it. It should never over-heat again. What does an optometrist do exactly lol I don't think I've heard of it, or maybe I have I just have a brain fart, haha.

And I got the yellow light to. It was because my PS3 couldn't take COD 4, which is the reason why a lot of PS3s got the yellow light.

3 Chrises? Wow lol It's amazing Chris isn't like the most popular name. Well that's more reason to go by PS names. How can the PS3 not take COD4? I'm pretty sure a game like Killzone 2 makes the PS3 work harder than if it was playin COD4. And my old PS3 died playin Fallout 3. I got a new copy and I'm still playin it, but with a fan blowing into my PS3 so it will never overheat again

I think it was just a ps3 problem lol not games cuss all of em give up At about 3 years that's the first ones not the new ones cuss I just fixed mine like 3 months ago.

I had one of the first versions of the 60 GB models, had it for just over 2 years then it died on me. I got a refurbished 60GB i think they said, I don't remember..Looked new when I got it but shit fell on it now it has an ugly large scratch on the top. Works fine though. The old hard drive got corrupt but I replaced it with a 320GB harddrive and it works normal again. I'd rather have this 60GB than a Slim though, I like my 4 USB ports and SD slots haha

Yea, my 60gb just died a week ago. I had it since launch too. I considered buying a slim, but i wanted to keep the extra features of the 60gb so I just sent it in... Optometrist is just a fancy name for an eye doctor lol.

I think the way Sony works is that they send you either your old one if they fix it or a replacement of the same model of your PS3 you sent in. That's how it worked for me. And you're lucky Adel, I don't know how you're keeping yours alive lol.
